ATB Financial – A Bank that Answers the Phone
A friendly, folksy voice for a bank known for its friendly service. Alberta Treasury Branch’s (ATB Financial) TV commercial gives us all a little hope that not everyone uses a voicemail tree. When you call any branch, a real person answers the phone. No trying to press 0 to get an operator. Operators are staning by. Dave performed the voice over jobs for the credit union, ATB for almost 3 years. The campaign was: “More People, more branches, more face to face.” distinguishing the credit unions impeccable customer service. This was usually a light-hearted campaign with Dave being the voice of assurance. This spot depcits James Deanburg… a rebel. Or at least an urbanite- yuppie rebel with enough money to buy a motorcycle, but not enough knowhow to keep it filled with gas.
